Chicken Pasta with Marinara

Ingredients
6 servings
16 ozcrushed tomatoes
2 tablespoonsolive oil
3cloves garlic
minced
8 ozwater
1 tablespoonthyme
1 tablespoonoregano
1 tablespoonparsley
1 tablespoonred pepper chili flake
1 tablespoonsmoked paprika
1onion
diced
8 ozpeas
canned
1 lbpasta
½ cupmozzarella cheese
0.5Parmesan cheese
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Instructions
Marinara
Step 1
Add olive oil to a pot. Once it's relatively hot, add minced garlic. Let cook until edges start to brown.
Step 2
As soon as brown edges emerge, add crushed tomatoes and water. Also add herbs. Continue to simmer while you work on other things.
Chicken mixture
Step 3
Cut up chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. also dice 1 onion.
Step 4
Add about 1 oz of olive oil to a dutch oven or pot and bring up to medium high heat. Add onion and cook 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Add chicken and season with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook until chicken is nearly done.
Step 6
Once chicken is done, add the marinara and reduce to a low simmer to continue cooking.
Pasta!!
Step 7
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Once done, drain and add pasta to chicken/Marinara mixture.
Step 8
Add cheese, stir, and serve.
