Instructions
Step 1
Chop aubergines and roast in oven for 30 mins

Chop rest of vegetables
Step 3
Fry onions garlic and spices in frying pan

Add everything to slow cooker and leave for a couple of hours

Fry up some pine nuts to add on top. Add humus as well
