350-400 g flour

3.5 dl lukewarm water

7-8 g yeast

~1.5 dl oats

1 tablespoon of sugar
Step 6
1 teaspoon of salt
Step 7
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, then mix in the rest of the ingredients and leave cold overnight, then bake for 15-18 min at 200 degrees (Celsius 😅) in hot air :D
