Instructions
Step 1
Put the avocado pulp, coconut milk and syrup in a bowl and mix for 30 sec. Speed 7, until the mixture is creamy.
Step 2
Freeze in the ice cube tray - overnight.
Step 3
Place the frozen mixture in the bowl and program the 5X Turbo 2 sec.
Step 4
Add the ginger powder - 30 sec. Speed 8 using the spatule
Step 5
Install the whisk and mix 20 sec. Speed 3.5 to give volume to the preparation.
