Avocado Chocolate Ice Cream

This perfectly creamy ice cream doesn't need an ice cream maker and uses avocado instead of the more common heavy cream!

Instructions

Step 1
Melt the chocolate.
Step 2
Blend all ingredients except the chocolate until completely smooth. Gradually add in the melted chocolate and blend until well combined.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture into ice-cube trays and freeze for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Blend again and serve immediately or freeze for another 1-3 hours.
Step 5
Top with more chocolate or some fresh strawberries and enjoy!
