Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil.
Step 2
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together butter, cayenne, and rosemary, then add pecans and stir to coat.
Step 3
Arrange pecans on baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and bake 10-15 minutes, until they get darker and very fragrant.
Step 4
Once cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature.
