Instructions
Step 1
In small saucepan, combine lime juice and pulp, honey, ginger, cinnamon, curry, and bay leaves.
Step 2
Heat over low heat until honey becomes liquid, then stir well to combine.
Step 3
Remove from heat.
Step 4
Rinse and pit cherries and add them, still wet, to the saucepan.
Step 5
Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cherries are slightly wilted and are well coated with curry mixture, about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve warm with roasted meats or poultry.
