Instructions

Step 1
Whip the cream for one minute. Then add sugar and cream stiffener and mix until you get a fluffy consistency.
Step 2
Peel the tangerine, peel and slice the kiwi and peel the physalis.
Step 3
Place a piece of cling film on the work surface. Place the toast slice in the middle
Step 4
Put 2 tablespoons of the cream on the toast slice and spread well.
Step 5
The fruit is placed diagonally to form a flower. Place the orange in the corner with the thinner side on the diagonal (see video).

Place the kiwi slice underneath. Next to it place a physalis. Then put some cream on the kiwi. Now place another physalis on the other side.
Step 7
Now put another 2-3 tablespoons of cream on the toast, so that all fruits are covered.
Step 8
Put the second slice of toast on top and wrap the sandwich compactly with the cling film
Step 9
Let the sandwich rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Then cut it diagonally to reveal the flower.
