I'm not a huge fan of oats in the morning, but these savory oats really woke something up in me. Pair it with your favorite toppings and an egg, and you've got a super nutritious breakfast dish!

Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, boil water and add oats and Yondu sauce, mix it together.
Step 2
Let it cook on low for 15-20 minutes, until desired consistency.
Step 3
Add spinach to your oats and mix it in until wilted, then remove from heat.
Step 4
For your topping, cook mushrooms seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on medium heat until water starts to seep out of the mushrooms (3ish minutes).
Step 5
Add olive oil and sliced shallots and continue frying until shallots are browned.
Step 6
Fry an egg.
Step 7
In a bowl, add your oats, mushroom-shallot topping, the egg, and top with chili oil.
