Instructions

Step 1
Crack 3 eggs in your ttukbaegi (pot).

Add 2 pinches of salt.

Add half of chopped green onions and mix.

Next, add water until 80% of the pot is filled.

Turn the heat to high.

While the heat is on, keep stirring until 70% of the egg mixture is cooked.

Once it's 70% cooked, reduce heat to low.

Then, cover the ttukbaegi (pot) with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 3 more minutes.
Step 9
After 3 minutes, open the lid carefully, drizzle sesame oil and top off with sesame seeds and green onions!
