Ingredients

2 Tbsphoney
2 Tbspolive oil
2 tspapple cider vinegar
½ tspchili powder
14 ozchicken breast
raw
½ cupbread crumbs
whole wheat
½ cupbbq sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Add the honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and chili powder to a bowl and whisk together.
Step 2
Add ½ of the marinade to a large Ziploc bag. Add the chicken and massage until well coated. Let marinate in the fridge 2+ hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 4
Dip the chicken into the bread crumbs and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle the other ½ of the marinade over the top. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Divide chicken into four equal portions and top with 2 Tbs. BBQ sauce. Enjoy salad on the side
