thinly sliced

3 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice

½ teaspoonkosher salt

½ teaspoonblack pepper

2 tablespoonsfresh cilantro
chopped, plus more for garnish

2 tablespoonsunsalted butter
melted

2 tablespoonsunsalted ketchup

2 teaspoonshot sauce
plus more for serving

1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil

1 poundboneless skinless chicken breasts
thinly sliced

¼ cupreduced fat sour cream

1 tablespooncrumbled blue cheese

8corn tortillas

Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine celery, bell Peppers and lemon juice in a medium bowl

2. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

3. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes

4. Toss with cilantro.

5. Meanwhile, stir together butter, ketchup and hot sauce in a large bowl

6. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on all sides, three to four minutes

7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Add chicken to hot sauce mixture, toss to coat
