Instructions
Step 1
Prick the duck all over with the tip of a skewer to help release the fat.
Step 2
Season all over with coarse salt and herbs, and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 3
Fill the reservoir with fresh water up to the max line.
Step 4
Put the duck on a rack and place it on the 2nd level of the oven. Tap "Send to oven" to start roasting the duck.
Step 5
After it has roasted, cover the duck with foil and leave it to stand for 10 mins.
