Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. In a large bowl whisk Greek yoghurt, eggs and flour until combined and smooth
Step 2
Add vanilla essence and maple syrup. Stir until combined.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with baking paper.
Step 4
Pour mixture into baking dish and then add berries. Evenly spread the berries.
Step 5
Place on the oven for 40-45min.
Step 6
Remove form the oven and leave in the tray until cool. Do not slice until cool.
