Instructions

Step 1
Add olive oil and garlic to pot

Toast garlic till golden and fragrant
Step 3
Cut celery into slices

Remove pepperoncini tops and slice

Add in carrots whole, celery slices, pepperoncini slices, some of the pepper liquid from the jar, Worcester sauce, and spices to pot

Cook for one hour or until roast is falling apart

Remove and shred roast

Remove carrots and bay leaves

Toast buns

Add meat, celery, and pepper mix to bun

Top with giardianiera and cheese

Toast until cheese is melted
