Instructions

Step 1
Marinate tuna in olive oil, lemon,soy sauce,honey,ginger,brown sugar, and salt+pepper for 30 min-1 hour.
Step 2
Sear tuna on grill at 500 degrees for 4 minutes then flip and sear an additional 4 minutes
Step 3
Cut against the grain, and serve. Enjoy with side dishes of white rice and broccolini
