Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the lime and orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and mix. Add ginger and green onion.
Step 2
On a plate, add the sesame seeds and coat the tuna on all sides. Grill the tuna on all sides for 30 seconds each.
Step 3
Thinly slice the tuna and arrange on a plate. Pour the sauce over, and sprinkle with togarashi.
