For the Cake
1 cupbutter
½ cupcocoa
4eggs
2 cupssugar
1 ½ cupsflour
1 cupspecans
chopped
1 cupcoconut flakes
1 jarmarshmallow creme
1 tspvanilla
For the Icing
Instructions
For the cake:
Step 1
Melt 1 cup butter and 1/2 cup cocoa; set aside.
Step 2
Cream sugar, eggs, and flour; add the melted cocoa and butter.
Step 3
Stir in nuts, vanilla, and coconut flakes.
Step 4
Pour into greased 9x12 inch pan; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from oven and, while hot, spread on marshmallow creme.
For the icing:
Step 6
Melt 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup cocoa, then add 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 cups confectioners sugar.
Step 7
Mix well and frost over marshmallow creme.
Step 8
Top with 1 cup nuts, chopped, or mix the nuts into the icing before frosting.
