Step 1
Crush the frost flakes and pour onto a large plate.
Step 2
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
Step 3
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Reserve some butter for later use.
Step 5
Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture. Let it soak for a few seconds. Flip it and let the other side soak.
Step 6
Cover the soaked bread in the cereal crumbs.
Step 7
Place in pan and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Sprinkle brown sugar on each side while cooking for a crunchier crust.
Step 8
Finish with toppings of your choice.
