Instructions

Step 1
Heat up pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add pumpkin, egg, milk, syrup, vanilla and pumpkin spice into a bowl. Mix until everything is combined.
Step 3
Add 1 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil or butter into the pan. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides thoroughly. Place coated bread into heated pan, and cook 3-5 minutes until lightly browned on each side. Remove.
Step 4
It is ready to serve once cooled. I serve it with cream cheese spread on top! You can always freeze any leftovers for later.
