Chicken with Bean, Tomato & Avocado Salad

This is an extremely simple recipe to make, my go-to when I am looking after what I eat and training to eat more clean. The great thing about it is that you can make bigger batches, especially of the salad and it holds so well for a few days in a fridge!

Instructions

Step 1
Season and cook the chicken fillets on a pan over a medium heat for about 15-20 min.
Step 2
Mix all the salad ingredients together and serve as a side to the chicken.
