Step 1
Season the chicken fillets with paprika, cajun seasoning, chilli flakes, parsley, salt, pepper, crushed garlic and lemon. Leave for at least an hour or preferably overnight in the fridge

Step 2
When ready to eat, fry the chicken on medium heat in a little oil with diced onions, a few leaves of spinach and finely chopped mushrooms.

Step 3
Heat up the oven and place inside the kebab wraps. Ensure they have been sprinkled with a little water first. Cook for about 3-5 minutes

Once all cooked, assemble the meal by drizzling garlic mayo on the base. Then place the chicken/mushroom/onion mix. Finally top with rocket, diced cucumber and halved cherry tomatoes
