Instructions

Step 1
Turn sauté mode on for 5 minutes. Add garlic (you can substitute with ginger), vegetables, washed and drained quinoa, water, cumin powder, salt and cilantro. Turn on the rice mode and let the pressure release for 15 minutes. Serve with avocado, salsa, greens and pico de gallo.
