Instructions
Step 1
Thin breasts
Mix flour, salt pepper
Beat egg with a little water
Heat oil
Coat in flour, egg, bread crumbs
In hot oil, 2 minutes on each side till golden brown
Put on sheet pan and into 400 oven for 10 minutes
Wipe out pan
Put in butter, wine, lemon juice and juiced lemon halves. Reduce by half. Pour over breasts.
