Instructions
Step 1
Chop all vegetables into your preferred form
Step 2
Set instant pot to saute, then cook onions and garlic. Add a hefty amount of salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add celery and tomato paste just as the onions begin to soften. Cook until onions are translucent.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
Step 5
Cover and cook on soup for 2 hours or on pressure cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Serve in a bowl with some bread on the side.
