Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix to light and creamy. Sift flour salt and baking powder and incorporate into egg and sugar mixtute. Fold in coconut and dates. Place foil onto a baking sheet and spread mixture evenly on sheet. Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 15-20min. Cut into square and if necessary loosen squares and bake for another 5 minutes on opposite side until well baked.
