Knock Your Socks off Shrimp (on Couscous)

Ingredients
4 servings
1 poundshrimp peeled and deveined
medium
3 tablespoonsunsalted butter
2 tablespoonsdry red wine
1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
2cloves garlic
minced
1 teaspoonchili powder
¼ teaspoonsalt
⅛ teaspooncayenne pepper
2 tablespoonsfresh parsley
chopped, slices
36 slicesbaguette
for serving
1 teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Lightly grease a 9 or 10-inch shallow oven-to-table baking dish, and arrange the shrimp in it in a single layer.
Step 3
Combine the butter, wine, Worcestershire, garlic, black pepper, chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small saucepan.
Step 4
Bring the mixture just to a boil over medium-high heat and pour evenly over the shrimp.
Step 5
Bake until the shrimp are pink and just cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with the baguette slices alongside.
