Step 1
In a sauce pan over medium low heat, begin melting your butter.
Step 2
Slowly whisk in your heavy cream and let that warm while your butter continues to melt. Keep this at low to medium low heat
Step 3
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your angel hair pasta according to the instructions on the package
Step 4
While your sauce heats up and your pasta cooks, begin zesting your 2 lemons, chopping your spinach, and chopping your parsley. Set all that aside
Step 5
Once your pasta is fine, drain it and return the pasta to the pot and set aside while we finish the sauce
Step 6
Once the butter and heavy cream is warm, season to taste, add the juice if 2 lemons, add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, add chopped spinach, and stir until well combined
Step 7
Once your sauce is done, pour the mixture over the pasta and stir until well combined
Step 8
Garnish with lemon zest and parsley flakes
Step 9
Serve and enjoy!
