Finely chop your fresh oregano and garlic.

In a pan over medium low heat, drizzle some olive oil, add chopped garlic and oregano and sizzle for a couple of minutes.

Add tomato paste and cook for a couple of mins.

Add one ladleful of boiling water and cook for another minute then finally incorporate your heavy cream.

Simmer for 2 more mins then season with salt.

In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water, drain and add it to your sauce. Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together.
