Tomato Sauce

1 x 28 Ozcan San Marzano Tomatoes

1 tspdried oregano

1 tspdried basil

2 Tbspfresh parsley

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

⅓ cupvodka

1 cupheavy cream

1shallot
chopped

5garlic cloves
minced

1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar glaze

2 Tbspolive oil

¼ cupparmesan cheese

Instructions
Sauce recipe
Step 1
1. Put Olive oil, shallots and garlic into a big pot or Dutch oven. Add in San Marzano Tomato’s.
Step 2
2. Add in seasonings, balsamic glaze, and vodka and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
3. Blend with immersion blender or regular blender.
Step 4
4. Cook meatballs as directed and pasta as directed.
Step 5
5. Add in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2-3 minutes before adding in meatballs and pasta.
