A delicious beer cheese dip that’s so eachvto whip up! Goes perfectly with my favorite biscuit dough pretzels! Also great with nacho, tater tots or over a baked potato.

Step 1
Add the velveeta to a pot over medium low heat
Step 2
Stir the velveeta until it starts melting; don’t turn the heat up too high because it will burn quickly.
Step 3
Once it’s half melted add the beer, mustard, and seasonings. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted. Cook 5-7 minutes
Step 4
Add to a serving bowl and sprinkle on chopped green onions
