The flavors of caramel and corn in a panna cotta. Serving suggestion is to top with caramel sauce, sea salt, and chunks of corn cookies. Enough for 7servings at 90g each.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Toast milk powder until golden brown. (Can be done in advance) 2. Bloom gelatin sheets in cold water. 3. Add milk, milk powder, sugar, raw sugar, and corn purée in a pot and heat till warm to touch. 4. Drain & squeeze gelatin and add to warm milk. Whisk till dissolved. 5. Add cold cream. 6. Strain mixture, portion into cups and chill in fridge until set(2-3hrs)
