Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour and potato flakes, set aside. In a large pot, bring water, butter and salt to boil. Remove from heat. Stir the potato/flour mixture into the water/salt mixture. Return to medium low heat and cook until it form a smooth ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition. Continue stirring until smooth and shiny. Add the cheese. Mix well. Drop by Tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
