Crumbl -inspired Chocolate Heath Cake Cookies

These Better than Sex Cookies are a delicious, rich, and moist chocolate cookie topped with sweetened condensed milk, sweet whipped cream, and crunchy Heath pieces. They've got the same flavors of the popular chocolate Heath cake, all wrapped up in an amazing, indulgent cookie!

Step 1

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.

Step 2

Add butter & sugars to bowl of stand mixer & cream together until light & fluffy.

Step 3

Add eggs & vanilla; mix until just combined.

Step 4

Add flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, & salt. Mix, scraping down sides & bottom of bowl, as needed.

Step 5

Scoop about 1/4C of cookie dough; roll \into a ball (mine were each 70grams) Place 6 balls on each prepared baking sheet.

Step 6

Gently press top of balls to flatten each slightly.

Step 7

Bake (9-13 min.) until tops start to crack & centers look set.

Step 8

Let cookies cool (5 min.) on the pan.

Step 9

Transfer cookies to cooling rack & spoon 1T sweetened condensed milk over the top of each cookie.

Step 10

Allow the cookies to cool completely. (You can speed this up by placing them in the fridge to chill after about 20 minutes on the counter)

Step 11

Add cream to lg. mixer bowl; whip until it starts to form soft peaks.

Step 12

With speed on low, add vanilla; slowly add powdered sugar until it is all combined.

Step 13

Increase speed to high; continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Step 14

Transfer whipped cream to piping bag; pipe cream over top of each cookie.

Step 15

Drizzle caramel syrup over each cookie. Sprinkle heath bits over each.

Step 16

Transfer cookies to fridge; chill (15-30 min.) before serving.
