Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Combine milk, eggs and seasoning, mix well. Drain water from frozen spinach.
Step 2
Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese moisture, spinach and mushrooms to egg mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 60 minutes. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
