Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half again and again into wedge shapes.
Step 2
Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, rosemary and oil.
Step 3
Spread them in a single layer with one cut side down on a tray.
Step 4
Place the tray on the 3rd level of the oven and tap "Send to oven" to start cooking the wedges.
Step 5
Serve with salt or tomato ketchup.
