Parboil in water with salt and tsp baking soda until almost fall apart, meanwhile, make the oil:

Meanwhile, make a toasted garlic fresh rosemary oil by gently frying garlic and rosemary in olive oil, and then straining the solids out. (they will burn In the oven). Keep them aside for layer

Roast in preheated oven on preheated sheet pan
