1 lbshamburger with 1 onion & 1 green pepper
poivron
1 pkgtaco seasoning
3 Tranch dressing powder
1can of Whole kernel yellow corn
1can of White hominy
1can of black beans
1can of Black eyed peas
1can of Rotelle tomatoes
shredded cheese
sour cream
lime juice
fritos
Instructions
Step 1
Brown 1-2 lbs hamburger with 1 onion & 1 green pepper (poivron)
Step 2
Put in crock pot. Can add 1 more can of corn if there's room. Cook on high for one hour.
Step 3
Cook on low for up to 24 more hours. Serve with shredded cheese, a blob of sour cream and a squeeze of lime juice if you like.
Step 4
Eat with Fritos.
