Great meal that can be eaten for days! Serving size- depends on size of crockpot & ingredients. Add more ground beef and canned ingredients for larger servings. This recipe feeds 2 adults for 2-3 days.

Brown ground beef

Pour diced tomatoes, beans, and taco seasoning into crockpot

When ground beef is done browning, pour it into crockpot with the other ingredients, and mix together (may need to add small amount of water to make more soupy).

Cook on high for 2-3 hours
Step 5
When taco soup is done cooking, serve in a bowl topping with shredded cheese, dollop of sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips.
