"Tuna" crust pizza

I customized this recipe to fit my plan for the "21 diet metabolic diet". This tuna in crust is a healthy alternative to pepperoni and cheese pizzas. Low carbohydrates, tasty and full of protein.

1. Preheat oven 180C. Mix the drained tuna, eggs, salt and pepper with your choice of spices until it combines. Roll into a ball then place it on a baking tray. Press it down until it forms into a thin pizza. Bake the tuna “crust” for 30 – 35 minutes.

2. For the tomato sauce, quarter cut then use a blender to puree. Add garlic cloves and fresh basil. Sprinkle some salt and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes in a transferred pot.

3. Once the meaty crust is ready, Spread tomato sauce and quark cheese. Add whatever toppings you like. Send it back to the oven for 10-15 minutes to melt. Finally, it is ready to have a bite!
