Instructions

Step 1
Cut roast into large chunks. Heat olive oil in skillet and sear the chunks.
Step 2
Peel carrots and potatoes and cut into medium chunks.
Step 3
Put seared roast, potatoes, and carrots into instapot and add broth and desired amount of seasoning.
Step 4
Cook on high pressure for 1 hour.
