Instructions
Step 1
- In a pan, brown the ground beef. When cooked through, drain grease and return beef to pan.
Step 2
- Add diced green peppers and diced onions to pan and sauté for 3 more minutes.
Step 3
- Pour ground beef mixture into crock pot. Add brown sugar, ketchup, tomato sauce, mustard, and garlic. Stir.
Step 4
- Cook on high for 8 hours or on low for 4 hours. Serve on warmed bun.
