Instructions

Step 1
1. In a small pot, add garlic and sauté with butter until browned.
Step 2
2. Add water and salt and heat to boiling. Strain garlic pieces out and return water to pot.
Step 3
3. Add couscous and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add Parmesan and stir with a fork until combined and fluffy.
