Instructions

Step 1
We cut the beans, then wash and drain the water.
Step 2
Sauté the onion with the oil and add half the garlic and coriander, then add the beans, continue stirring until it wilts.
Step 3
Add two cups of hot water to it until it boils, without covering the saucepan, so that the color of the beans does not change and turn dark and lose the green color.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in another pot, we boil the yogurt, with continuous stirring (you may add 1 table spoon of cornstarch to thicken the sauce).
Step 5
Add the boiled yogurt to the beans and leave it to boil for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Sauté the balance of the garlic in oil until it turns brown and add the chopped coriander to it at the last second, then turn off the heat.
Step 7
Put it on the beans with its oil once, then serve hot.
Step 8
Serve it hot with any type of rice pilaf.
