Instructions
Marinade:
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper to a large bowl or or disposable zip storage bag.

Step 2
Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes. Place cubed chicken into marinade combination and allow to marinade for 30 minutes.

Main Dish:
Step 3
While chicken is marinating, cut bell peppers into chunks, strain pineapple chunks from juice, and cook frozen broccoli in microwave.

Step 4
Heat 2 tsp olive oil in skillet. Add bell pepper chunks and cook over medium heat until bell pepper chunks have softened.

Step 5
Set softened bell pepper chunks aside in another dish. In same skillet, heat remaining 2 tsp olive oil. Add marinated, cubed chicken in single layer into the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes without stirring, over medium heat. After 5 minutes, flip chicken cubes over and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until cook through/internal temperature 165°.

Step 6
Add softened bell pepper chunks back into skillet with cooked chicken. Add in pineapple chunks and the cooked, frozen broccoli. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and garnish with sesame seeds. Heat until pineapple chunks have warmed.

Step 7
Serve warm immediately with your choice of cauliflower rice, brown rice, white rice, or you choice of noodles. Enjoy!
