Instructions
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 2
2. Add a couple of tablespoons of oil to a pan on medium heat.
Step 3
3. Lightly your hands. Shape the tuna into 4 to 5 patties using your hands.
Step 4
4. Fry the the patties on each side for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
Step 5
5. Serve with hollandaise sauce on and a poached egg on top for breakfast, yogurt garlic sauce, cole slaw, cheddar cheese and jalapeños in a burger bun for lunch, and cucumber salad, yogurt sauce and potatoes for dinner.
