Step 1

Sauté over medium heat just until onions start to lose color.

Add to the skillet and combine, bring to boil

Cover skillet and reduce to low heat for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
Step 7
Add to skillet and combine:
heavy whipping cream¼ cup
Parmesan cheese¾ cup
