One Pot Lemon Artichoke Chicken and Rice

It was tasty, but I added a little too much liquid (my fault, not the recipe)

It was edible but something felt off about the taste

Made this and was happily surprised when the kid who isn’t very adventurous when it comes to vegetables said it was good. I thought for sure he would eat around the artichokes but nah, he liked it!

Super simple and incredibly delicious

My husband liked it, but I did not. Too sour tasting. Maybe because I used hearts of palm instead of chicken, (vegetarian) but it was hard to eat for me.

Used chicken drumsticks and preserved lemons which I think improved flavours :)

Used smoked Paprika instead of crushed red pepper cuz that's what I had. Used Canned chicken breast as well!! Yummy!!!!

Very, very nice, quick, and easy to make. Would definitely make again.

It was so good! Mildly sour, a little heat, and so much flavor.

Made in persian rice cooker (tahdig). It was so good!

Added sundried tomatoes and extra broth but still needed more liquid. Topped with dairy free parm and left out the chili flakes. Even the kids ate it!

Yummy! Has a bit of a kick and next time I'll cook it a little slower/longer so rice is more tender (or add more liquid/use a smaller pot) but overall happy with how it turned out. Will definitely make again.
