Instructions
Step 1
Take 1 kg or salmon fillet .
Step 2
Make the sauce. In a bowl combine lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme and oregano, smoked paprika and black pepper.

Give the sauce a good whisk.
Step 4
Prepare a sheet pan lined with a large piece of foil (should be large enough to fold over salmon). Brush top of the foil with olive oil.
Step 5
Now, season salmon well with salt on both sides . Place it on the foiled sheetpan.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes at 185 c until salmon is almost completely cooked.
Step 7
Carefully remove from oven and uncover the top of the salmon. Place under the broiler about 4 minutes.
Step 8
It’s ready to serve.
Step 9
Boil water in a pan and boil the potatoes. Generously season with chicken powder or chicken cube.
Step 10
Once potatoes are boiled. Transfer to bowl and season with garlic granules, dried parsley and drizzle olive oil. Give it a mix and add in roasting tray.
Step 11
Place asparagus in baking tray season with salt and garlic granules. Drizzle olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 200 c in preheated oven
