While broth simmers - season the protein w/salt, pepper, and 5 spice. Pre-heat grill.
Grill beef medium rare Grill chicken to 160 degrees

Step 3
In a large pot, bring water to boil for pad thai noodles Boil noodles per box instructions
Step 4
Thinly slice beef or chicken
Place noodles in bowl, top w/protein, fresh cilantro, green onion, jalapeños (to taste), pour hot broth over the top & enjoy!
